David has had an interest in all things weird and wonderful since he was little and always made a point of dragging his family around allegedly haunted houses and castles whilst on holiday having first bought the local ghost book and marking them all off on his father’s map!

Since 1995 he has fronted his own local paranormal investigation group called TIP, which stands for Torbay Investigators of the Paranormal, who hold regular meetings for all who share an interest in the subject at the atmospheric and very haunted Churston Manor, just outside Brixham.

David loves nothing more than sharing his many experiences with anyone who will listen and lending an ear to anyone who has a story to tell or a spooky problem that they don’t understand. He and the team are here to help!

If you wish to add a more paranormal slant to your day out, then as well as the spooky locations already included in your trip, the boys can add in a detour to Berry Pomeroy castle, one of the most haunted castles in the country, which lies just outside Torbay. TIP were one of the last paranormal groups to officially spend a night amongst the ruins and are more than happy to share their experiences and knowledge of the many stories that surround the castle. Admission is extra.
